great product, fast shipping to Romania. I had only one small problem with creating an account on launch website. I had to use a laptop because on the tablet I had problems with Chapcha image, not seen. Anyway I created my account using a laptop and logged in with launch tablet.

I'm an auto electrician and use a lot of different diagnostic tools. And I have to say I am very impressed with the Launch Pro Mini that I have just purchased from the LAUNCH Official Store. I did have a little trouble with the tool initially when I tried to diagnose a fault on a Mercedes and got a message saying "disaccording between the software serial number and the smart box". A quick look in the online FAQ explained that the message appears when the brand software hasn't been installed on the tool properly. I simply clicked the "software upgrade" button on the main screen of the tool and reinstalled the Merc software. Once that was done the tool worked properly and I was able to complete the job. So don't panic if you see this message. It's not a problem with the tool.
